Bright, stimulating and playful, this is precisely the ambience in TIMEZONE @ Vivo City, Singapore’s first largest entertainment centre. Design Zage achieved this by using strong colour contrasts, accent walls, and custom-made lighting fixtures while balancing it off with wood panelled ceiling and floor to add a touch of warmth and comfort.
The client’s target audience includes families with young children, Design Zage incorporated pockets of open areas fitted with sofas and chairs for them to sit and relax. Safety is also of utmost importance in an entertainment centre, Design Zage introduces see-through partitions to create bigger space for accessibility and to ensure ease of navigation around the various arcade stations.
We envision it to be a harmonious autonomy of space, which relates equally to children, parents, and the wider community. At the same time, the recreational centre must be full of energy, encouraging the guests who come through to embark on a fun adventure here
