Designing a two-storey condominium apartment for a family of five can be a daunting task. But with careful planning and execution, it can be done with style.
An open layout was adopted to create a sense of vastness and it allows for more daylight. This means we had to re-orientate the entire layout at level 1 as well as remove the structural walls to expand the space. Marble surfaces and textures in the space add sophistication and a touch of luxury. The textured ceiling is evident throughout the living-dining space to create a cosy ambiance.
The wet kitchen sports a sleek and minimalist décor featuring neutral tones and metallic finishes for the family who loves to bake. Overall, the ambiance feels clutter-free, clean, and organised with a touch of luxury and homeliness.
Designing a modern luxe home doesn‘t mean your colour scheme is restricted to only using white or black. Wooden materials and textured finishes can add warmth to the space.
