First things first, Design Zage surveyed the existing finishes and materials that could inspire simplicity and luxury. A decision was then made to retain the existing marble and parquet floor, which complemented the newly proposed finishes and textures. The quest for order and elegance are imbued into the living room and dry kitchen by using upscale concrete, marble surfaces, light grey cement wallpaper. The rest of the rooms in the apartment are decked out in light wood and marble finishes. Overall, the ambience feels clutter-free, clean, and organised with a touch of warmth and homeliness.

Design Zage has adopted a sleek, minimalist kitchen style for the family of three who shares a love for baking and cooking. To strike a delicate balance between elegance and functionality, Design Zage introduced smart storage solutions to keep appliances out of sight on the counter top.

One of the requirements from our client is to have additional storage space in the master bedroom and bathroom. Five-metres of wardrobe space is created in the master bedroom to ensure clients’ possessions are neatly organised.

Each piece of furniture in the room is carefully curated; we ensure that every piece is functional yet stylish, simple yet intricate.

The study room was converted from a spare bedroom, and the client requested for the study desk to be versatile such that it can be kept when it is not in use. Design Zage has successfully designed the study desk with the flexibility to be folded and placed it against the wall.
