One of the most important elements of a modern luxe home is the use of matte black accents. Some of the challenges that we faced were the variation of false ceiling heights. To create a spacious and airy environment, we have included mirror on the household shelter wall and door which instantly elevated the living room.

Different shades of colours and patterns play a part in creating a contemporary atmosphere, and they are applied in different parts of the home like vertical groove lines and wood grains. The wall spaces in the living room and dining area are optimised with built-in shelves and cabinets, which create a sleek and stylish appeal.

The bedroom is governed by straight lines and clean forms and is a calming space for rest and respite. The modern, luxe bathroom breaks the mold of the typical HDB style toilet. We have reimagined it to be stylish with black accents and wood carpentry that is balanced with grey tiles.
